To cash out your funds, you will need to first login to your account with your university email and university password.

Once logged in, click 'Your Account', and then select withdraw funds from the drop-down menu.

Now, you need to enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your reason for the withdrawal.

Check your email and mobile number. If these are incorrect you will need to click the (My email address or mobile number is incorrect) link at the bottom of the page, if correct, click confirm.

Save the transaction reference number and follow the on-screen link to pay the requested funds into your bank account. 

If you see a status of 'In progress', please refresh your screen until 'click here to claim your funds' shows. Please note this may take up to 5 minutes. 

You can then click on this link and pay your funds into your bank account.

That's it! Your funds are usually paid instantly but, in some instances, can take up to 2 hours.
